If there is a storage container / space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime after you complete the rental paper work and make payment.

We require a 10 day written notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.

We require a photo ID (example: driver’s license or passport). Ask the Citywest self storage manager for details.

No, we rent storage on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. However our minimum term is also one month.

We advise all customers to have insurance before moving in to protect your property and ours. But it is up to you. Our storage facility is secured with personal access gate and 24h CCTV.

At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to our storage center. We offer 24h access.

You can move to another size unit at any time depending on your storage requirements and our unit availability.

You need your own lock to ensure that you are the sole key holder for your unit. You can use any padlock you wish.

We recommend to make self storage rental payment by bank transfer. You may also pay in person with cash, mail a check or pay with your credit/debit card.

Simply speak with our manager for assistance. Because you know best the size of your furniture or how much “stuff” you need to store we encourage you to visit the property and view several different storage container sizes so we can select the best fit for you.

We encourage appointments but it’s not required. Stop by any time during our office hours to receive a complimentary tour of our facility.
